Robert LaFollette Honorable Robert M. Lafollette, member of Congress from the Madison, Wisconsin District was in the city on Wed. He was on his way to Washington and stopped off here to see his cousin, Mrs. W. B. Herod. Mr. Lafolette is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin and about 5 years ago represented that institution in the Interstate Oratorical contest, when HL Anderson represented Wabash. Mr. Lafollette carried off the honors on that occasion. He studied law, and his success, both at the bar and in politics, has been phenomenal. Being now only 30 he bids fair to make his mark. He is the youngest member of the House -- kbz
